Construction: at the previous made from the client foundation are mounted the inside and outside walls sandwich type, with thickness 120mm and height 260mm, made of gypsum fiberboard, wooden frame, mineral wool for insulation and gypsum fiberboard. In the walls is built the gofer for the electric installation. The floor in the WC is gypsum fiberboard. Two-arm stairs connect the first and the second floor.

Roof construction: slope roof, made of trusses, beams, ribs, wooden lagging, black paper and beams for the roof tiles. The roof construction is completed with eaves and front boards. On the outside walls is putted thermo insulation 50mm and the walls are covered with mineral coat “Baumit”. The inside walls are jointed and patted by technology of KNAUF and painted with latex.

The floor of the first is made by the choice of the client; it can be wooden flooring, terracotta, parquet and others. For the assembling are used standard ironworks as planks, anchors, screws and others.

Woodwork: wooden triply glass package windows with German facing and sealing, varnished with SIKKENS in color chosen from catalogue, with glass package 4+16+4mm.

Doors: the entrance door is made of coniferous wood, varnished, the inside doors are pressured with MDF skins, painted with SOCRATES in color chosen from catalogue.
