Construction: at the previous made from the client foundation is mounted the support wooden ring and it is build the outside and inside walls, which are made of triply pasted together grooved wooden beams with thickness 90mm with four-side corner jointing. At the external walls is build wooden grid filled with mineral wool with 80mm thickness for thermo and sound insulation, which is closed with horizontal wooden paneling with thickness 18mm. In this part of the walls are built in the main installations. The WC walls are covered with gypsum fiberboard.

Roof construction sloped roof, made of trusses, beams, ribs and wooden lagging, roof paper and beams for roof tiles. The ceiling can be horizontal or can follows the slope, which is good insulated with mineral wool. For the assembling are used standard ironworks as planks, anchors, screws and others.

Woodwork: wooden triply glass package windows with German facing and sealing, varnished with SIKKENS in color chosen from catalogue, with glass package 4+16+4mm.
Doors: the entrance and inside doors are made of coniferous wood, varnished.
