The construction consists of covered and opened part. The opened part is build of wooden details, which can be closed by next stage and to become a covered part.

Woodwork – glass package, varnished. Wooden shutters – jalousies. The entrance and inside doors are made of coniferous wood.

Roof construction: the roof is many sloped made of wooden construction of beams ready for Onduline or roof tiles, PVC gutters and accessories. The exterior walls are coated with a mineral waterproof coat, and the interior walls with latex.
The water supply and sewerage are fabricated up to plugs. The electric installation is up to brackets.
